This means that you can use any of ours product without risk and in the unlikely event you don’t feel the product has offered any benefit, you can return it without penalty. Money Back Guarantee – How to Claim:
If you buy a product from our online store (www.ANPerformance.com) that you are not 100% satisfied with, all you need to do is send the remaining product back to us within 14 days from the day on which you received the item. Once we have received your returned product, we will process your refund.

*Terms & Conditions for Money Back Guarantee:
1. At least 70% of the product contents must be returned along with its original packaging and any free item you may have received with the product in question before we will be able to refund the price of the product.
2. We will not accept the return of products that have been purchased via eBay, Amazon or other retailers under our money back guarantee. Please get in touch with the seller to proceed with the return/refund in this case.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Refund Amount will include the full value of the product but not the outbound shipping costs.
If a product is sold as part of a product combination (bundle) in which other products are offered for free or at a discount compared to their normal price, the bundled product must, at AN USA Holdings, Inc. (AN Performance)’s request, be returned with the product purchased. AN USA Holdings, Inc. (AN Performance) reserves the right to raise an invoice in respect of any free or discounted bundles product not so returned.
1. If a Product was supplied in error, is incomplete or faulty and you believe that you are entitled to a replacement or repair in accordance with paragraph 7 below, please contact AN USA Holdings, Inc. (AN Performance) at info@anperformance.com.
2. If you have received the ordered Product(s) and have simply changed your mind about purchasing it or do not feel satisfied with the product, you may return the Product(s) or entitlement to Service to us for a refund and provided:
- At least 70% of the product remains and is still in the original packaging
- You have proof of purchase (i.e. order number / receipt of purchase including the date, time and details of the retailer)
- You have not already received a refund in part or full for the product being returned
- The product is received at our warehouse within 14 days from the day on which you received the item.
Please note that while the Product(s) remain in your possession you are under a duty to ensure that the Product(s) are kept safe and secure

WARRANTY
1. AN USA Holdings, Inc. (dba AN Performance) warrants the Products as stated on the Web Site. Specific warranties may apply to certain Products (such as customized Products) as specified on the Website. Should the Product supplied by AN USA Holdings, Inc. (AN Performance) not comply with the applicable warranty we shall, at its option and expense, unless provided otherwise in the applicable warranty, repair or replace the Product or refund the purchase price upon return of the Product. Except as expressly set out in these terms and conditions, to the fullest extent permitted by US law AN USA HOLDINGS, INC. (AN Performance) hereby disclaims any and all warranties, whether express or implied. The limited warranty set out above will not affect or prejudice your statutory rights.
2. Non-ABE-branded/Third-party Products for non ABE-branded Products, all warranty claims, where relevant, are to be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of any standard manufacturer’s warranty which may be included with the Products purchased. In relation to any existing manufacturer’s warranty, any warranty claims should first be made either directly to the manufacturer or to AN USA Holdings, Inc. (AN Performance).
3. IF YOU ARE A CONSUMER, THE WARRANTIES REFERRED TO ABOVE ARE IN ADDITION TO AND DO NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
