This is a pretty good pre workout drink mix. The lemon flavor tastes good and mixes well. This will give you plenty of energy for the gym or anytime you need a boost. I also like that there is no creatine in it.

It tastes pretty good (fruit punch flavor) and importantly isn't sickly sweet or dominated by the taste of artificial sweeteners. It's got everything I need for a workout, and the caffeine is a really welcome boost!
With good flavor, a good range of electrolytes, and low carbs, it is ideal for me and I would recommend it as an option if you value that combination of features. 5 stars!
